ARTIFACT: This is a World War II United States Army Air Force 6th Air Force shoulder patch in the "e;large ship"e; variation. The patch is well used. It is hexagonal and shows a winged star with a Viking ship above.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-15/16" height and 2-3/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in silk/cotton threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The patch you will receive will either be this particular one or one very similar. This is from a WWII United States Army Air Forces shoulder patch collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAX89 LFX9/10

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The patch shows light wear along edge.
