This is a souvenir ribbon for the USS cruiser Fall River (CA-131). The Fall River was launched in August 1944 and after the war served during atomic weapons testing at Marhsall Islands. Part of her hull can now be viewed at Battleship Cove in Fall River, Massachusetts.
VINTAGE:Circa 1945.
SIZE:Approximately 5-1/2" in height and 2-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Printed green silk.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The ribbon has some light creasing.
