ARTIFACT: This is an American Airlines stewardess wing 6th issue by Balfour, given to employees with less than five years' seniority. The center of the wing is square with lines radiating out from a nicely enameled eagle logo.

VINTAGE: Circa 1940s.

SIZE: Approximately 9/16" in height and 2-3/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with drop-in locking catch.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJJX06 LCIEX7/11

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The wing shows some small areas of light to medium wear and moderate tarnishing.
