This is a circa 1930s or World War II employee photo identification badge for the New York, New Haven & Hartford (N.Y., N.H. & H.) Railroad. The N.Y., N.H. & H operated from 1872 until 196The badge was issued to a worker at the company's Maybrook Yard facility in New York, once a major transfer point to New England.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s-World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass, celluloid, paper, photograph.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal safety-style pin, backing plate.
