This is a circa 1930s or World War II visor cap badge for an enlisted or non-commissioned officer of the Italian Fascist Militia (MVSN - Milizia Volontaria per la Sicurezza Nazionale/ Voluntary Militia for National Security, or Blackshirts). The badge has some bullion details and is for wear on a field gray cap.
