ARTIFACT: This is a Belgian Air Force School of Aeronautics lapel badge. The badge shows a cockatoo with eyeglasses grasping a diploma.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s – World War II.

SIZE: 7/8" height and 3/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated with multi-colored enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Lapel stud.

MARKINGS: P. DEGREEF BRUXELLES 112 RUE DE MIDI.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a Belgian Air Force collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBDX06 LAAEX9/10

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): All enamel is intact with two light abrasions and is in wonderful shape besides.
