This is a circa 1930s through World War II-era Belgian aviation cadet badge. Badge shows an eagle in profile encircled by a border reading CADETS DE L'AIR LUCHT CADETTEN.

Nickel-plated brass with red enamel.

Horizontal pin with "C" catch.
