This is a 1930s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 101st Infantry Regiment by Whittemore. The DI is a silver crest with red and blue enameling and reads SEMPER PARATAS (always ready).
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 7/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enameled areas.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing and stabilization posts.
