This is a 1930s sheriff badge from Columbia County, New York. The badge is named to M. V. Saulpaugh and shows the seal of the State of New York at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/8" height and 1-9/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enameled lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with forked locking catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge shows some small spots of light wear and tarnish and all enamel is intact.
