This is a circa 1930s or early World War II bustina (cap) badge for the Italian Fascist Party (PNF - Partito Nazionale Fascista) capo settone (sector chief). The PNF, conceived of by Benito Mussolini, prevailed from 1922 until 194The badge is embroidered in silken thread and gold bullion.
