This is a circa 1930s or early 1940s breast badge for an Italian Fascist Party (PNF - Partito Nazionale Fascista) Revisione Federale accountant or proofreader. The PNF, conceived of by Benito Mussolini, prevailed from 1922 until 194The badge is by Tanfani & Bertarelli.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s or early 1940s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-9/16" square.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silk embroidered in silk/cotton thread, cloth backing.
