Description
This is a 1930's - early World War II distinctive insignia by Meyer for the United States Army 60th Infantry Regiment. The DI shows a cannon and a wavy line representing the Meuse River and reads TO THE UTMOST EXTENT OF OUR POWER.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930's - early World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK and raised shield maker's mark.
