ARTIFACT: This is a distinctive insignia for the United States Army 364th Infantry Regiment by Meyer. The DI is a crest with the Cross of Lorraine and oak leaves, and reads CROSS AND OAK.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 1-5/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK and maker mark.

ITEM NOTES: The DI you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The DI shows some light abrasions and small spots of wear to the enamel.
