1920s Chemical Fire Truck Hat Badge No. 1 from L. F. D.

This is a circa 1920s chemical fire truck No. 1 badge from an unidentified fire department (L.F.D.). The badge is shaped like a Knight's cross and has a lozenge at center showing an old fire truck in relief.

Circa 1920s.

1-3/8" height and 1-3/8" width.

Nickel-plated brass with painted lettering.

Single screw post with two stabilization posts.

7+ (Very Fine+): Badge has some light abrasions and the right-hand corner of top arm of cross is very slightly bent.
