This is a circa 1920s Scotch Plains, New Jersey Fire Department badge. The badge is numbered 8 and is by C. D. Reese of New York.
VINTAGE:Circa 1920s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/8" in height and 1-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass, painted details.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with tongue-style catch.
MARKINGS:C. D. REESE 57 WARREN ST. N.Y.
