This is a 1900's - 1910's New Orleans, Louisiana Private Commission Officer Badge Guard/Special Police. Period of use replacement original pin with Steel Safety Pin.

Approximately 2-1/2" in height x 1-3/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold plated Nickel with black painted lettering.
