This is a circa 1890s meter reader badge for the Roxbury Gas Light Company of Roxbury, Massachusetts. The badge is small and oval and has a B at its center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1890s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-5/16" in height and 1-15/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated brass with painted areas.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal safety-style pin with forked locking catch.
MARKINGS:None.
