This is an 1890s Marblehead, MA Police badge.
VINTAGE:Circa 1890s.
SIZE:About 2-3/8" in width by 2-5/8" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Silver-plated brass with black painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety-style pin with a "C" catch.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): Minor wear and tarnishing, some of the black paint in the lettering has worn away .
