This is an 1890's Marblehead, Massachusetts Police badge.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1890's.

SIZE:

About 2-3/8" in width by 2-5/8" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Silver-plated brass with black painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical safety-style pin with a "C" catch.

MARKINGS:

None.

7 (Very Fine): Minor wear and tarnishing, some of the black paint in the lettering has worn away .
