ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1870's fine crystal wine glass for the Compania Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV) shipping line. Established in 1872, CSAV is the oldest Chilean shipping line and now the largest one in Latin America. This glass would have been used in the earliest days of the company's existence, and shows a belted logo with the CSAV pennant at center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1870''s.

SIZE: Approximately 3-7/8" in height by 2-1/2" in diameter at base.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fine crystal.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.
