This is likely, a vintage 1940s hat badge for Eagle Steamship Lines. The badge has a full band and the insignia is an eagle perched on a sideways anchor in gold bullion.
VINTAGE:Circa 1940s.
SIZE:Full band; insignia is 2-1/4" high and 3-1/8" wide.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool embroidered in gold bullion threads and blue silk/cotton threads with elastic band.
ATTACHMENT:Elastic band.

CONDITION:8+ (Excellent): Badge is in wonderful condition and insignia shows light tarnish only on the bullion.
