WWII USN Captain Sweetheart Pin in Unmarked Sterling

This is a circa World War II United States Navy Captain's sweetheart pin. The pin is in unmarked sterling silver. One pin is an eagle and anchors and the other is an enameled captain's star and stripes, and the two are joined by a chain.

Circa World War II.

Pins: approximately 13/16"by 13/16" and 9/16" by 1/4"; chain: about 1-1/2" in length.

Sterling silver, enamel.

Vertical pins with drop-in locking swivel catches, chain.
