ARTIFACT: This is a sterling silver World War II United States Navy sweetheart pin. The pin is a small anchor joined by a chain to a miniature ship's wheel.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Pins are approximately 9/16" by 9/16" and 1/2" by 5/16"; chain is 1-1/2" in length.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two horizontal pins with drop-in locking swivel catches; chain.

MARKINGS: STERLING on the reverse of both pins.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin shows some light wear and tarnish only.
