This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces Headquarters shoulder patch in felt with no border. The patch shows a winged star at its center in orange embroidery.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-5/8" in height and 2-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads, muslin backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
