WWII USAAF HQ Shoulder Patch on Wool Felt With O/D Bobbin Thread and No Border

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces Headquarters shoulder patch. The patch is wool felt without a border and shows a winged star at center. The patch also features an olive drab bobbin thread.

Circa World War II.

2-11/16" height and 2-3/4" width.

Wool felt embroidered in silk/cotton threads with mesh backing.
