This is a chenille patch for the United States Army Air Forces 588th Bomber Squadron, 395th Bomber Group, 2nd Air Force. This squadron flew B-17 aircraft and the patch shows a fully-outfitted beaver riding a missile through the sky.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:5" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chenille patch with felt backing.
