ARTIFACT:
This is a United States Army Air Forces 319th Bomb Squadron, 90th Bomb Group, 5th Air Force jacket patch. The patch reads JOLLY ROGER and shows a skull with missiles in place of crossbones.
VINTAGE:
Circa World War II.
SIZE:
About 5" wide by 5" high.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Embroidery on wool with leather back.
ATTACHMENT:
To be sewn onto a garment.
