This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 2nd Air Force "e;proportionate head, large star"e; variant patch. The patch is unworn and shows a golden eagle beneath a star.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 2-1/2" in height and 2-1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.
