This is a World War II award ceremony program printed for the first "E" for Efficiency award given to the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard. The award was given for the production of submarines, and the presentation ceremony was held on August 10, 1942.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 6-15/16" in height and 10" in width (unfolded).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Paper.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The program has some slight creasing and very small spots of wear.
