This is a World War II United States Army officer overseas cap in olive wool. It is in a Size 7 and has a British-made captain's rank insignia affixed to it.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Size 7.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool, leather, silk, cotton/silk embroidery, nickeled brass.
ATTACHMENT:Insignia has British kick (Y) pin with C catch.
MARKINGS:SIZE 7 100% WOOL.
