WWII US Army 417th Regiment BCT DI by Greenduck

This is a World War II distinctive insignia for the United States Army 417th Regiment Basic Combat Training by Greenduck. The DI shows Nathan Hale, at its center, the patriot who said, "I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country." The DI reads SPIRIT OF '76 along the bottom.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 7/8" in width.

Plated brass with enameled areas.

Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
