WWII Submarine Launch Tag for the USS Sea Cat SS-399

This is a World War II submarine launch tag for the USS Sea Cat SS-399, launched from Portsmouth Naval Shipyard on February 21, 194Sea Cat earned three battle stars for her World War II service and was one of only a dozen ships in Tokyo Bay at the time of the Japanese surrender.

Circa 1944.
