WWII Submarine Launch Tag for the USS Remora SS-487 in Lesser Condition

This is a World War II submarine launch tag for the USS Remora (SS-487) in LESSER condition. The Remora was launched on July 12, 1945, at the Portsmouth (NH) Naval Shipyard, and spent most of her 28 year United States Navy career in Pacific waters. In 1973 she became part of Greece's Navy and was renamed Katsonis.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2-1/16 in height (excluding string) and 1-3/4" in width.

Foiled card stock with silk string.

Punched hole with string.

None.
