This is an enameled World War II United Committee for French Relief pin by Cartier. The pin shows a crest in blue, white and red and reads WE HELP FRANCE.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height and 1-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:UNITED COMMITTEE FRENCH RELIEF CARTIER.
