This is a World War II shoulder patch for the United States Army 83rd Infantry Division (aka "Thunderbolt" and "Ohio"). The patch is a black triangle with a golden gunsight at its center and the interlocking letters O and H.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3-13/16" in height and 2-7/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.
