WWII German Made Bulgarian Observer Badge by Sedlatzek

ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II German-made Bulgarian Observer badge. The beautiful design shows a golden eagle preparing for flight and rays of the sun against a robin's-egg blue sky. The Bulgarian coat of arms is at the bottom of the badge's wreath, and a crown is at the top. This badge is MISSING it's screwback, hence the low price. 

VINTAGE:

Circa WWII.

SIZE:

About 1-1/2" in width by 2" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt and plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT:

Screw back (backing is not present).
