WWII Curtiss-Wright Production Soldier Lapel Pin in Plastic

ARTIFACT: This is a World War II Curtiss-Wright “Production Soldier” lapel pin. Curtiss-Wright began in 1929 when Curtiss Aeroplane and Motor Company of Buffalo, New York, and Wright Aeronautical of Dayton, Ohio merged. The pin is a petite wing in plastic.

VINTAGE: Circa late 1943.

SIZE: Approximately 9/16” in height and 1-1/8” in width.

CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Plastic.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin.
