This is a circa World War I United States American Expeditionary Forces (AEF) lapel pin for eighteen months of overseas service. The pin is octagonal and is in gilt brass and red, white and blue enamel.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 1/2" in height and 1/2" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gilt brass, enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Sleeved post with screw-in disc backing, stabilization post.
MARKINGS:None.
ITEM NOTES:This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAX13 LBDX3/13 SBDX10/14
CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin has some very small spots of light wear.
