ARTIFACT: This is a 211th Overseas Battalion Canadian Expeditionary Forces collar badge from World War I. The 211th was known as the "Alberta Americans". The badge is shaped like a maple leaf and reads ACTA NO VERBA (actions, not words).

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4" in height and 1-3/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass.

ATTACHMENT: Two loops, cotter pin.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The badge you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition. This is from a Great Britain and Commonwealth collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX03 LCHX4/12 SCDX8/13

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The badge has light to medium wear and tarnish. .
