ARTIFACT: WWI United States Air Service enlisted man branch of service collar disk. The insignia is a disc with a winged propeller at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa WWI

SIZE: Approximately 1" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Blackened bronze, brass findings

ATTACHMENT: Single post with screwback and two stabilizer pins

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a US Air Service collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX15 LDEX1/16 SDEX7/16

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The collar disk shows moderate surface wear mostly to edges, handsome patina, overall very fine condition.
