Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a pair of silver World War I captain's rank insignia by Bailey, Banks & Biddle. The bars both have a nice pattern of diagonal stripes.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War I.

SIZE:

Approximately 1" in height and 3/4" in width (each bar).

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch on each bar (swivel part missing one on catch).

MARKINGS:

SILVER BB&B (on each bar).

ITEM NOTES:

This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBJX96 LAGEX3/11 SAFJX02/19

CONDITION:

8 (Excellent-): The bars show some light wear and tarnish.
