ARTIFACT:

This is a nice pair of World War I or earlier United States Army captain's insignia. The bars have a delicate diagonal stripe motif with every sixth stripe slightly raised above the others.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War I or earlier.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-3/16" in width (each bar).

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal T-style pin with C catch (on each bar).
