ARTIFACT: This is a World War I Belgian Victory medal. The obverse of the medal shows a winged Victory figure standing upon a globe; the reverse shows the coats of arms of all the Allied nations arrayed in a circle, with the Belgian coat of arms at the center. The medal hangs from a rainbow-colored ribbon.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 3-1/2" in height and 1-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Bronze, silk.

ATTACHMENT: Suspension ring, ribbon.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWI Belgian military medal collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. MBFX14 LFJX2/14 SFJX06/20

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The medal has little wear.
