This is a World War I collar insignia for the Australian Military Forces. The insignia is a crown set off by a handsome setting sun.
VINTAGE:Circa World War I.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height x in 1-5/8" in length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Copper-plated brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two loops.
MARKINGS:STOKES & SONS MELBOURNE.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The insignia has light to medium wear with slight oxidation on reverse and has a handsome patina.
