This is a Wonderful Pre-World War I 1900's - 1910's United States Navy CPO Chief Petty Officer Hat Badge with Handmade Fouling. Marked E on back one of the Anchor Flukes.

VINTAGE:

World War I, 1900s - 1910s.

SIZE:

Approximately: 1-3/4" in height x 1" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Fine Gilt Bronze with Silver USN.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with tang-style 'C' catch.

MARKINGS:

E on back one of the Anchor Flukes.
