This is a Beautiful circa 1900 US Navy CPO Chief Petty Officer Hat Badge. Hard finished Anchor. 

Circa 1900.

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

Gold and Silver-Plated Brass.

Vertical pin with tang-style 'C' catch.
