This is a RARE Circa 1930's United State Navy CPO Chief Petty Officer Hat Badge by PANCRAFT.

Circa 1930s.

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

Gilt Brass, nickel plated brass.

Vertical pin with tang-style 'C' catch.
