This is a Great 1930's United State Navy CPO Chief Petty Officer Hat Badge by Meyer in Meyer Metal. 

1930s.

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

Meyer Metal same partially plated Silver.

Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.

Meyer Metal and Meyer Shield Maker Mark.
