Lovely 1930's USN CPO Hat Badge by Meyer

This is a Lovely 1930's United State Navy Chief petty officer Hat Badge by Meyer.

Circa 1930's.

Approximately 1-3/4" in height x 1-1/8" in width.

Gilt brass, silver-plated brass, silver.

Vertical kick type pin with a tongue type C type catch.
