This is a Wonderful 1914 - 1917 French Croix de Guerre with 2 Palms & 3 Stars & Barbell Suspension.
If only it could talk! This Medal was Came with French Army Observer Badge converted to Pinback.
VINTAGE:
1914 - 1917.
SIZE:Approximately: 3-9/16" in height x 1-13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Lacquered Bronze, Silk Ribbon, silvered brass (the barbell).
ATTACHMENT:Barbell Suspension.

ITEM NOTES:This is from a WWI and earlier French Military Aviation Collection, which we will be listing more of over the next few months. CON-JMB-50-24 LBGEX09/12/24
CONDITION:7 (Very Fine): The medal shows minor to moderate wear, and front ribbon is faded, overall, it is in very fine condition.
