This is a Wonderful 1870's "Thumbnail" Type Badge for the Junior Fire Company. No 3 Hagerstown MD.
VINTAGE:Circa 1870's.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height x 1-3/16" i width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Nickel-plated nickel with painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical safety style pin.

CONDITION:7+ (Very Fine+): The badge shows light to medium wear and most of the painted lettering has worn away.
